A casino at Sea Breeze in Baku featured in an ambitious tourism proposal announced in summer 2025. This article brings together that announcement, the context of its headline figures and Royalé’s official company information. It separates a proposed concept from what the reviewed sources currently establish.

The announcement said that approval and permission stages were still pending.
